We do not take title to goods, do not act as principal, and do not assume commercial risk within the transaction structure.
We do not handle, receive, or transfer client funds.
We operate exclusively under confirmed mandates.We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advisory services.
All contractual terms are agreed directly between buyer and seller.
Participation is subject to counterparty verification and compliance review.
RM Origin’s role is limited to facilitating structured introductions and supporting communication within the agreed mandate framework.
